01. Orders
How long does it take to process my order
For product that is not customized, orders are processed in 5-10 business days. For orders that include customized product, orders are processed in 10-15 days. Our customer service team will communicate with you via email regarding your specific order.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number will be listed in the order confirmation email that is sent to you after purchase.
What if I ordered the wrong product and my order hasn’t shipped?

If the product that I want to order is out of stock on the website, can I place a backorder?

02. Shipping
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be listed on your account information on ergofocus.com website, and will also be emailed to you.
Can I request expedited shipping?
Most ergoFocus items are in stock and available to ship in 5-10 business days. If you require your product in a faster turnaround time, please contact our customer service department at (847) 679-5148 before placing your order.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we provide free shipping within the 48 continental United States. Please view our full Shipping Policy here.
Is there a shipping fee?
Free shipping terms apply depending on the size of your order. For bulk puchases, freight charges may apply. Please view our full Shipping Policy here.
03. Returns
Do you accept returns?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item). Please note that this applies solely to products that are not custom built to order, as is the case with many chairs. Products that are built to order are not returnable without ergoFocus and Applied Ergonomics express written consent. With all returns, please contact our customer service department at (847) 679-5148 for a Return Authorization (RA).
When can I expect to see my refund?

Is there a restocking fee?
For returns that are NOT the result of ergoFocus and Applied Ergonomics or manufacturing error, a Restocking Fee equivalent to 25% of the order (minus taxes), will be applied. the Restocking Fee will be charged to the original payment source.
