The auto-balance mechanism and auto-balance lumbar adjustment automatically self-adjust to the individual sitting in it, making it an ideal conference room chair. Further adjustment can be made with the integrated seat-slide for seat depth adjustability. The fixed loop cast aluminum armrests allow for access to the table, reducing strain on the user’s back while also helping to protect the table.
