Our Align Dual Monitor Arm solves problems others ignore but you
shouldn’t.
We spent years trying to figure out how to bring this to our
customers. There is a simple problem of geometry with almost all dual monitor
arms. You want your monitors to come together, and you want them to stay at
arms-length away, for visual comfort while working. If your monitor is clamped
to the back edge of a 30” desk, and the desk is against a wall or panel, then
to get the monitors next to each other, almost every other dual monitor arm on
the market will push the monitors out to the middle of the desk, around 18”, far too close for recommended visual comfort.
On a 24” deep desk, the problem is far worse.
We solved it.
Our Align Dual Monitor Arm is the only arm on the market that ships standard with two slide rails. Our AlignSlide rails let you position the arms parallel or close to the wall, adjust the height as desired, and slide the monitors inward to align where you want them. Use one slide or both as needed for your setup. It’s not quite a magic trick but will feel like it.
We recommend using the Align Dual Monitor Arm primarily in workstations where the screens will be squarely in front of the user and not need to be moved frequently. It can work in corner orientations as well, especially if used with a grommet mount.
Easiest installation possible
· Optional C-clamp or bolt-through mounting. Monitor arms attach to a desk in one of three ways, either clamped to the back edge of a surface, through a grommet, or with a bolt-through post that can be used through a grommet or a smaller drilled hole. Our Align Dual Monitor Arm offers all three options. To securely hold the weight, our clamp is 3” wide. Use it on the back edge with the rubber bumpers to keep from damaging the desk, or with the bolt-through in a grommet hole.
· But it gets even easier, because both mounting options are tightened from the top, keeping you from having to lie on your back under the desk.
· With a Quick-Connect 75mm or 100mm VESA plate, one person can easily install it.
